Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer perceived value dan customer trust terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas sriwijaya kampus Palembang pengguna Go-car. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 105 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan publikasi terkaitlainnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analyze). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa customer perceived value dan customer trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, customer perceived value dan customer trust berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, customer perceived value memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen, dan customer trustmemiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen.The aims of this study was to determine the influence of customer perceived value and customer trust on customer satisfied and customer loyalty of Go-Car. Case study on collegian in University of Sriwijaya at Palembang used Go-Car. Both primary and secondary data were obtained. Primary data were obtained by distributing to the target respondents, a total sample of 105 respondents were obtained, using the Snowball Sampling. Secondary data were obtained from various sources such as books, journals, and other related publications. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analyze technique with Path Analyze. The results of this study revealed that customer perceived value and customer trust had positive and significant impact on customer satisfied, customer perceived value and customer trust had positive but not significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfied had positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, customer perceived value had no significant impact on customer loyalty by customer satisfied, and customer trust had significant impact on customer loyalty by customer satisfied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana pengaruh harga, word of mouth dan citra merek secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Event Organizer pada UN Production, dan Bagaimana pengaruh harga, word of mouth dan citra merek secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Event Organizer pada UN Production. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Untuk mengukur pengaruh antar variabel, digunakan multiple linier regression dan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji hipotesis F dan t. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Harga, Word of Mouth, dan Citra Merek secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Even Organizer UN Production, (2) Harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Even Organizer UN Production, serta (3) Word of Mouth dan Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Even Organizer UN Production. This study aims to determine (1) How the impact of price, word of mouth, and branch image simultaneously to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production, and (2) How the impact of price, word of mouth, and branch image partially to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production. The study design used is associative. The samples used were 100 respondens. To measure the influence between variables, used multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used to test the hypothesis F and t. Results of the study are: (1) Simultaneously price, word of mouth, and branch image have a significant effect to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production, (2) Price have a negative and no significant effect to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production, and (3) Partially word of mouth and branch image have a positive and significant effect to purchase decisions of Event Organizer at Un Production

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sikap, motivasi dan kemampuan pekerja pengumpul Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan terhadap efektifitas pemungutan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini petugas pajak di Banjar. Teknik sampling secara sensus sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap pengumpul pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas pemungutan pajak. Motivasi pengumpul pajak positif berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pemungutan pajak. Kemampuan pengumpul pajak tanah dan bangunan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas pemungutan pajak properti. Efektivitas pengumpulan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan dengan skor tinggi pada indikator tingkat pendapatan yang masuk kategori baik. Ini berarti efektivitas pengumpulan pajak dipengaruhi oleh indikator tingkat pendapatan. Efektivitas pengumpulan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh sikap, motivasi, dan kemampuan untuk mengumpulkan dan mengumpulkan penagih pajak. Berarti semakin baik sikap, motivasi dan kemampuan penagih pajak tanah dan bangunan, maka efektifitas pemungutan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan akan lebih efektifThe problems of this study are as follows: How does the attitude, motivation and the ability of workers collectors on the effectiveness of tax collection on land and buildings. This study will be conducted using descriptive analysis method with survey techniques. The population in this study is the tax collector clerk in Banjar. Census sampling technique as many as 50 people. The results showed Attitudes property tax collector positive influence on the effectiveness of property tax collection. Motivation property tax collector positive influence on the effectiveness of property tax collection. The ability of land and building tax collector positive influence on the effectiveness of property tax collection. The effectiveness of tax collection on land and buildings with high scores on indicators of income levels that are in either category. This means that the effectiveness of tax collection is influenced by income level indicator. The effectiveness of tax collection on land and building positively influenced by attitudes, motivation and the ability to land and building tax collector. Means the better the attitude, motivation and the ability of land and building tax collector, then the effectiveness of tax collection on land and building will be more effective.

Abstract

Kajian terkait corporate social responsibility (CSR) berkembang pesat seiring dengan dukungan pemerintahan dalam menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang bersaing. Dukungan pemerintahan tercermin dalam Undang-Undang No.40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas (pasal 74 ayat 1a). Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan CSR dan cerminannya pada abnormal return perusahaan di industri pertambangan batu bara. Dalam penelitian ini pengungkapan CSR dihitung menggunakan Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) dengan 78 item di dalamnya dan abnormal return dihitung menggunakan adjusted model secara kumulatif selama periode jendela yang digunakan yakni 10 hari. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengungkapan CSR mempengaruhi keputusan investor dalam berinvestasi, yang tercermin dengan adanya abnormal return yang dihasilkan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi perusahaan untuk mengungkapkan CSR dan menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya isu-isu CSR untuk memaksimalkan dampak positif dan meminimalkan dampak negatif dari kegiatan bisnis perusahaan. Studies related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) are growing rapidly along with government support in creating a competitive business environment. Government support is reflected in Law No.40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (article 74 paragraph 1a). The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of CSR disclosure on the company's abnormal return in the coal mining industry. In this study, disclosure of CSR is calculated using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) with 78 items in it and abnormal returns are calculated using the cumulative adjusted model during the window period used which is 10 days. The population in this study were all 22 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2013-2017 period. The results of this study indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on abnormal returns, which means that investors consider CSR information in making investment decisions. This is expected to increase the motivation of companies to disclose CSR and become more aware of the importance of CSR issues to maximize positive impacts and minimize the negative impact of the company's business activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan  pengembangan, keadilan, dan kepemimpinan terhadap  employee engagement generasi millennial di kota Jakarta. Keadilan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural. Sedangkan kepemimpinan dibagi menjadi kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis hasil kuesioner dari 391 orang karyawan generasi millennial di kota Jakarta yang disebar dengan teknik purposive sampling. Peneltian ini menggunakan SPSS 21 sebagai alat untuk melakukan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, keadilan, dan kepemimpinan mempengaruhi employee engagement sebesar 49,2%. Sedangkan secara parsial, pelatihan dan pengembangan berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,465; keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,177; keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,192; kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,095; lalu kepemimpinan transaksional tidak mempengaruhi employee engagement generasi millennial di kota Jakarta. Dari semua variabel yang diuji, pelatihan dan pengembangan menjadi variabel berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap employee engagement generasi millennial di kota Jakarta. Penelitian dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajer untuk dapat membuat strategi agar dapat meningkatkan employee engagement. Selain itu, saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this research is to understand the impact of training and development, justice, and leadership on employee engagement in millennials of Jakarta. Justice in this research is divided into distributive justice and procedural justice. Meanwhile, leadership is divided into transactional leadership and transformational leadership. This research is analyzing the questionnaire’s result of 391 millennials employee in Jakarta using purposive sampling technique. SPSS 21 is used for statistical analysis including regression.In this research, training and development, justice, and leadership, simultaneously, effecting employee engagement as much as 49.2%. Partially, training and development have 0.465 positive effect, distributive justice have 0.177 positive effect, procedural justice have 0.192 positive effect, transformational leadership have 0.095 positive effect, and transactional does not have effect on employee engagement in millennials in Jakarta. From all of the variables, training and development have the most impact on employee engagement in millennials in Jakarta. This research also provided insight for managers, so that they can formulate strategies to increase employee engagement. Suggestions for further research also discussed in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja personel, apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja personel, apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja personel dan apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja personel. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah para Personel Militer /TNI di Makosek Hanudnas I yang berjumlah 184 orang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan, motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan kinerja personel, variabel pelatihan dinotasikan sebagai variabel X1, variabel motivasi kerja dinotasikan sebagai variabel X2, variabel kompetensi dinotasikan sebagai variabel X3, sedangkan variabel kinerja personel dinotasikan sebagai variabel Y. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja personel, terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja personel, terdapat pengaruh antara Kompetensi terhadap kinerja personel dan terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Personel Militer/TNI di Makosek Hanudnas I. This research is conducted to find out the influence of training to personnel performance, the influence of work motivation to personnel performance, the influence of competence to personnel performance and the influence of training, work motivation and competence altogether to personnel performance. The subjects of this research are 184 employees of Makosek Hanudnas I.Variable used in this research are training, work motivation, competence and employees performance. Training is noted as X1 variable; work motivation as X2 variable; and competence as X3 variable, while employees performance is noted as Y variable. The data obtained from the research was analysed using multiple linier regression. The result showed that there are influences of training to personnel performance, influences of work motivation to personnel performance, influences of competence to personnel performance and influences of training, work motivation and competence altogether to personnel performance at Makosek Hanudnas I.
